more like copperdropolis

since i didn't know the course, and probably overcompensating for last week, i was taking some of the "descents" and turns a little slower than the pack. went off the back a few times over the first lap but managed to get back on until the second lap where i fell off the back for good. lost about four minutes that lap, and then pretty much gave up and rode the last lap easy.

so, didn't do as well as i'd hoped but i think i only lost one GC place (to 16th).

looks like it's supposed to be rainy here this week so that should be fun. headlands goodbye ride tuesday morning, park ride tuesday night, going to try to make the last spin class on wednesday, copperopolis road race on saturday, and then hopefully an easier long ride on sunday.
