i don't think i read very many books, but quite often when i start a book, i spend most of my (free) time reading it. like when i read contact in (i think) two sittings, split by watching the movie. or when i was sick in paris and read a staggering work of heartbreaking genius cover to cover.
anyway, i think i read about half of the new eggars novel (that i ordered last august) today. it wasn't nearly as good as aswohg, but it wasn't difficult to finish, like some other books i've tried to read in the last year. i definitely want to read aswohg again though.
