this weekend joe and i spent some time with phil. i realized that i don't remember him being happy much. he didn't understand that, but i think it's due to stuff like this or maybe even this. anyway he dumped this on me:

i also actually learned some css and stuff this weekend, and played with php. now i have some functions that will link to different dates on other peoples' web dinguses, so i can do <? phil_link ("20000327", "phil is angry again") ?> and stuff. yes, weekends without nat are that boring.
